About me

I am a 24 year-old final year Master of Architecture student born and living in Ghent, studying at KU Leuven. I am currently completing a graduation thesis focused on the relationship between design thinking and physical making. My work explores how craftsmanship, material experimentation, and construction processes can inform architectural design.

In 2024, I went on Erasmus exchange to the Polytechnic University of Bari where I was challenged to explore the more mathematical and engineering side of architecture. 

Furthermore, I participated in the scouts Sint-Paulus for the biggest part of my life, where I spent 11 years as a member and 5 years as a scout leader. I have done dozens of sports, both in and outside of team context. I also played the trumpet for 13 years, of which I played for 8 years in the Royal Harmony "Willen Is Kunnen" of Sint-Martens-Latem.
